Synthesis of oxide nanostructures - porous films (SnO2, ZnO, SnO2-ZnO, CuO and polymers) combined with copper-based nanorods, using chemical routes (sol-gel and hydrothermal methods) using porous alumina μ-chip substrates

Design and modelling of new porous alumina μ-chip substrates with lower energy consumption

Structural, morphological, optical and chemical characterization of the obtained nanostructured materials by specific analysis: X-Ray Diffraction (XRD), Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM), Spectroscopic Ellipsometry in UV-VIS-NIR (SE) and IR (IRSE), Atomic Force Microscopy (AFM) and Hall electrical measurements

Design, fabrication and testing of the sensors deposited on porous alumina μ-chip substrates
